Immigration Physicals

At Allegiance Care, we’re honored to support individuals and families as they take important steps in their immigration journey. Our clinic provides USCIS-designated immigration physicals (Form I-693), performed by a qualified Civil Surgeon, in a welcoming and compassionate environment.
