Annual Physicals

Annual physicals are routine check-ups designed to help you stay on top of your health. During your visit, we review your overall well-being, perform a general examination, and order basic lab work to screen for any underlying medical concerns. These yearly visits are an important way to catch potential issues early and keep you feeling your best.

Immigration (I-693) Physicals

Sick Visits

Flu? Strep? A strange rash that just won’t go away? We can help with that!

We offer same-day or next-day appointments for most acute illnesses so you can get relief quickly. Our clinic provides a variety of in-house rapid tests to help identify infections and guide treatment on the spot.

Lab Testing

From diabetic testing, annual labs, and vitamin checks to STD and hormone testing, we offer a wide range of in-house laboratory services to help monitor your health and detect concerns early.

Our clinic can also perform basic biopsies and cytology procedures, including skin biopsies and PAP smears. For specialized analysis, we work closely with Amarillo Pathology Group and Physicians Preferred Laboratory to provide accurate, timely results and high-quality care.

Shelly Wray, FNP-C, has extensive experience with minor skin procedures and can evaluate and treat a variety of concerns, including ingrown hairs, sebaceous cysts, warts, skin tags, and lipomas.
